What templates are available right now?
The tool ships with eight templates: general formal letter, leave application, character certificate request, citizenship recommendation, passport application, tax clearance, .np domain personal and .np domain organisation. A blank template is also available for free-form formal Nepali letters.
How do I write a formal Nepali application (निवेदन)?
Pick the General Formal template, fill in the recipient (श्रीमान्), the subject (विषय), your body paragraph and your name and address. Add the date in BS or AD, attach a signature image and export to PDF. The template enforces correct Nepali letter structure automatically.
Can I add a signature, stamp and date to the letter?
Yes. Upload a transparent PNG signature and a separate stamp image. Position both anywhere on the letter, set the date in BS (Bikram Sambat) or AD, and the final export embeds everything inside the PDF, DOCX or image file at the original resolution.
Which export format should I choose?
