We read every message and reply personally — no ticketing system, no auto-responses. You can write in English, Nepali, or Hindi, and we will reply in the same language. Our team operates on Nepal Standard Time (UTC+5:45). We aim to reply to every message within 2–3 business days, and most support and bug-report emails get a response within 24 hours. Complex DMCA, legal, or partnership requests can take a little longer because they involve verification.
