Export Your Nepali Letter as PDF, DOCX or Image

पत्रलाई पीडीएफ/डक्समा निर्यात

Exporting a Nepali letter means downloading your filled template as a PDF for printing or official submission, a DOCX for further editing in Microsoft Word, or a PNG image for quick sharing on messaging apps like WhatsApp and Viber.

When should I export as PDF?

Use PDF for official submission to government offices, schools and any context where the letter must print exactly as designed. PDF embeds the Devanagari font, preserves the signature and stamp positions, and produces a single self-contained file.

When should I export as DOCX?

Use DOCX when the recipient needs to edit the letter further, when you want a version you can update later, or when an office requires editable Word format. DOCX preserves formatting and is editable in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and LibreOffice.

When should I export as PNG image?

Use PNG when sharing on WhatsApp, Viber or other messaging apps where PDF previews don't render well. PNG looks identical to PDF for reading but isn't editable and isn't suitable for official paper submission.

Does export happen on TypeNepal's servers?

No. All export — PDF, DOCX and PNG — runs entirely in your browser using client-side libraries. Your letter text, signature image and stamp never leave your device. The download appears in your downloads folder directly.
