Add a Signature to Your Nepali Letter — Digital & Stamp Guide

नेपाली पत्रमा हस्ताक्षर

Adding a signature to a Nepali letter means inserting a digital signature image — usually a transparent PNG of your handwritten signature — and optionally an official stamp so the printed or PDF letter looks signed and authoritative without manual signing.

How do I create a digital signature image?

Sign on a blank white page, scan or photograph it clearly, then remove the white background to create a transparent PNG. Free tools and the Letter Creator's built-in upload simplify this. Aim for high contrast — black ink on white paper photographs best.

How do I insert the signature in the Letter Creator?

Open the Letter Creator, scroll to the signature block, click Upload Signature and pick your PNG file. Drag to position it above the printed name. The signature scales automatically — adjust width if it looks too large or small for the letter.

How do I add an official stamp?

Use a transparent PNG of your organisation's stamp. Upload it via the Stamp slot in the Letter Creator and position it next to or over the signature for a realistic printed-letter look. Stamps are typical for office, school and ward office correspondence.

Are inserted signatures legally binding?

For routine correspondence yes — digital signatures are widely accepted. For legal contracts or notarised documents, follow the recipient's specific signature requirements, which may need wet ink or a verified e-signature service.
