TypeNepal respects intellectual property rights. We display only fonts that we believe are free to use and properly attributed. If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, lacks proper credits, or violates your rights, we will act promptly to address your concerns.

Font Removal Requests

If you are a font designer, foundry, or copyright holder and wish to request removal of a font from our site, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the font (name, slug, or URL on our site)
• Your relationship to the font (designer, licensor, copyright holder)
• Reason for removal (e.g., not free, incorrect attribution, infringement)
• Any supporting documentation (license, ownership proof) if applicable

We will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and remove the font upon verification. No formal legal process is required for font removal requests.

DMCA Copyright Infringement (Formal Notice)

For formal DMCA takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, please send a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

• Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material to be removed and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL)
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
